Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At BillPayGo, we provide digital bill-payment and related financial facilitation services. As our services are delivered electronically and often fulfilled immediately, our refund and cancellation terms differ from those applicable to physical goods.

Service Cancellations

You are entitled to request a cancellation of your service purchase within 30 days, provided the service has not yet been fully delivered or substantially completed.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us with a clear statement of your request.

Refund Eligibility

A refund may be issued under the following conditions:

• The service was purchased within the last 30 days.

• The service has not been fully performed, processed, or completed.

• The request does not relate to services already delivered, partially delivered, or where BillPayGo has already incurred irreversible third-party processing costs.

Non-Refundable Services

Refunds cannot be issued for:

• Services that have already been fully delivered or completed.

• Services that involve third-party transaction processing fees once those fees have been incurred.

• Customized or specially arranged services that have already commenced.

• Any service that, by its nature, cannot be reversed once initiated (e.g., bill payments submitted to external billers).

BillPayGo reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

• We will process your refund within 30 days of approval.

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

• You will not incur additional fees for the refund, except for any third-party charges that are non-recoverable.
